1. Is this suitable for Children?

Yes, Escape Woods paintball is suitable for children 8yrs and over.

 

2. Is there a minimum group size?

Yes, minimum of 10 people.

 

3. Do the paintballs hurt?

Our guns are low impact paintball guns, so the worst hit feels like being flicked with an elastic band. You will know you've been hit but it won't feel anything like the traditional paintball, making it suitable for younger children. 

 

4. Is there safety kit provided?

Yes, we provide industry designed paintball masks which include goggles, and overalls.

 

5. What if the weather is bad?

Our paintball activities go ahead in all weather, rain or shine! We keep an eye on the forecast and we will only cancel/delay/postpone an activity if we deem the weather unsuitable. 6. What should I wear for the paintball activity?

It is wise to dress appropriately for the weather. Bring waterproofs if it is wet (these can be worn underneath our overalls if desired), and cooler clothing to wear underneath the overalls if it is warm weather. After a few minutes of running around, you will warm up quickly, so best to dress in layers. Comfortable and supportive boots/trainers are wise.

 

7. What should I bring on the day?

In addition to your comfortable clothing, be sure to bring snacks and water bottles to re-fuel throughout the activity. Parking is free, so no need to worry about cash. 

 

8. How many paintballs will I need?

This will depend on how trigger happy each individual is. We suggest 200 paintballs will get most people through all games. However, more paintballs can be purchased before the game or during.

 

9. Is the paint toxic?

No. We are proud to be an eco-friendly and sustainable activity centre. We use vegetable based non-toxic, biodegradable paintballs from Just Paintball.

 

10. Is there any food and drink available at the woods?

We do not have any refreshments available at the woods other than water refills. We advise groups to bring snacks, cakes etc if they would like.
